When did you first start playing: I picked up the guitar and started writing at 14/15 years old Musical influences: the list is endless... jack white, arcade Fire, the Rolling Stones, Otis redding, Biggie Smalls, Led Zeppelin, Johnny Cash, Massive attack, Aretha Franklin, u2.. but the first song I ever heard that drEW me tO music was ‘The Man Who Sold The World’-David Bowie. Think it’s because it’s about Aliens and at 4 I thought “I’ll 'ave a bit of that” desert island disc: 1. U2 - Where The Streets Have No Name 2. Led Zeppelin - Ramble on 3. Massive Attack - Hymn of The Big Wheel 4. The Jeff Healey Band - When The Night Comes Falling (Dylan cover) 5. Fleetwood Mac- Gypsy 6. The Beatles - In My Life 7. Kings of Leon - Arizona 8. Aspirations for 5 years time: Get the fuck off a building site and make music, write music and record as much music as possible.
